Urgent: Need Best Eggplant Parm!

I need your recs ASAP on where the best eggplant parm in Stamford is. Low-end or high-end suggestions are both appreciated. I am on a campaign to get my labor started and a girl at my doc's office rec'd that. I'm also getting spicy green curry from Little Thai Kitchen as we speak. Baby is due today and I definitely want to go into labor on my own rather than being induced.

Update: Holy cow that green curry was GOOD. Not too TOO spicy; just right, and could have been a tidge spicier. I was only sweating a little. This baby is far too comfortable in my stomach and needs to be encouraged to move to a different locale.

Yum! Let me know where you end up going for eggplant parm :) I haven't had a good one around here yet. I have heard Pollicci's is good for italian but I don't know about eggplant specifically. How about some Indian food this weekend if that stuff all doesn't work?!

Give Frascati in Newfield Green a shot. Most of their stuff is excellent.

Try Mona Lisa. I was there last Friday and they had a terrific eggplant parm special.

There is also a little dive deli in the Cove area, Emilia's, that is pretty good, and they do eggplant parm grinders.

Lastly, there is A&S Fine Foods on High Ridge. They are okay too.

Best of luck with baby!

My 2.5 year old was 3 days late and my 9 month old was 1.5 HOURS early.

Both times we ate at Orem's in Wilton before I went in to labor.

The little place on Franklin right next to Murphy's Cafe...the name is escaping me. Or try Enzo's next to CVS on Hope St.

I've never heard of Enzo's... I still have so much to learn about Stamford! I know the place on Franklin; name is escaping me, too. I've been there once.
OK actually another Stamford native just rec'd Frascati so I'll probably try them tomorrow!
Thanks everyone!

Why for lunch I had a very tasty eggplant parm sub from Villarinas in G-wich. It was well proportion with the cheese , eggplant and tomato sauce making this one of the best eggplant parm sandwiches I have had.
